This appointment is very nurturing for the feeding parent, for moments such as:
Your partner may not be able to stay home with you to provide the much needed support in the first few days, weeks and months after giving birth.
You may feel isolated from family and friends.
You are just happy to have additional, concentrated support within your home.
This appointment offers everything that the initial appointment offers including the opportunity for you to be able to put into practice feeding techniques multiple times - whilst being actively led by your baby’s feeding cues as they arise, in a calm, relaxed and un-rushed environment.
Personalised detailed feeding plan, including evidence based resources emailed on day of appointment
7 days of unlimited ongoing support via email, SMS or phone call (your preference) from the day of your appointment.
When baby is not showing feeding cues this may be a wonderful time for you alone, with or without your partner, to rest/sleep knowing your baby is being cared for until they begin to show early feeding cues again. It is at this time I will follow your baby’s lead and come and gently wake you for the next feed.
Unable to book online, please email or phone 0413 449 737 to book this appointment.

There may be times in your breast/chestfeeding journey that support needs to come to you and baby via Telehealth appointments with me.
This is very successful for many parents who are unable to attend in person due to distance, transport issues, medical concerns and also personal preference. I run the Telehealth appointments through the Cliniko practice management software. You will be able to easily access this on any of your devices. An email with the link will be sent prior to your appointment.
Telehealth appointments including all data collection of confidential information are compliant with data protection regulations of the Australian Privacy Principles, GDPR, PIPEDA AND HIPAA through Cliniko software.
During the consultation we can assess how baby is attaching and I will guide you with making adjustments as needed to find that sweet spot of “Oh that feels better”. Often I will use visual aids to assist as I do in person home/clinic appointments. We can easily confirm transfer of milk both visually and audibly. I will guide you the whole way and answer all your concerns verbally followed by a personalised written care plan at the completion of the appointment.
7 days of unlimited ongoing support via email, SMS or phone call (your preference) from the day of your appointment.
